Morning Car Line

Car line begins in the morning at 7:30.  Students should not be dropped off prior to 7:30.  Staff members are not in place to properly supervise students.  Students should arrive by 7:50.  After 7:50, students may be counted tardy if they have not made it to their rooms.  The final tardy bell is at 8:00, but students are to be in their room and settled to start their day. We are really trying to focus on cutting back the number of tardy students.

Cars will now use the South entrance only.  (The entrance closest to Canal.)  Buses and cars intending to park will use the North entrance only.  The car rider line will be a single line along the walkway.  The line should extend completely around the horseshoe, so the first car begins dropping by the benches at the end of the covered walkway.  No car should drive around another car to pass them for any reason.  Please be patient.

For the line to run smoothly, please have your child ready to get out of your vehicle when you stop. Students are to exit their vehicle and walk along the sidewalk.   

If you need to stop because your child has several items to bring in, please pull into the teacher parking area and park your vehicle.  Students should be accompanied by their parent from the parking lot to the building.  No cell phones are to be used in carline.
